Decorating and launching  :::: July 2007

Artists and volunteers joined in decorating the living and working space at morisena. It's been hard work but we had some fun too! We enjoyed walking in the nearby forests, swimming in the river, the Festivalul Peninsula at WeekEnd and a variety of vegetarian delicious experimental cuisine, alternating Romanian traditional with fusion salads and Indian dishes. On 7th–9th July the centre had its official opening and launch with a three days event, as old times wedding parties used to happen in Transylvania, with special guests and friends Dr. Schnaps and Dj Olga from Geneva who brought the nights on fire.

These images show some of the work that was done during the project. There was a lot that happened after, and there still are various adjustments that need to be taken care of. Decorating is perhaps one of the ongoing processes around here.
